The Bernard McCarren Division II Newark AOH is proud and excited to announce the recipients of the 2023 James P. Brennan Academic Scholarships.

Pope Benedict to Resign

As announced by the Vatican Press Office, Pope Benedict XVI will step down as Pope as of February 28. The decision is due to his declining strength, which he described as deteriorating in the last few months. He has served in the capacity of Bishop of Rome, successor of Saint Peter, since being elected April 19, 2005.

Wilmington St. Patrick Parade Route Set

The ICCD's 38th Annual Wilmington DE St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held on Saturday, March 16, at noon in downtown Wilmington. The staging area and parade route will be the same as in past years. Groups will line up between 2nd and 4th on King Street, no later than 11:30am. Step-off will be precisely at noon.
